The restaurant is under the supervision of Rabbi Abraham Dayan, Chief Rabbi of Livorno.

We have two kitchens :

• Halavi on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Bassari on Mondays and Wednesdays as well as for Shabbat meals.
• Closed Friday and Saturday.
