Since the successful program ended last year, there were many potential venues and meetings until the luxurious Fodele Resort in Crete was chosen.

At Mendi's we understand that beyond the benefits of the physical location, we must also emphasize the culinary aspect of this getaway.

We have hired a team of top chefs and pastry chefs who will use their skills to prepare a divine array of exquisite meals during your stay. Additionally, there will be a separate breakfast room with breakfast-style dairy items served all day.

The food will be prepared under the strictest kashrut supervision with mashgichim who are Yirai shamayim. Supervision will begin upon the arrival of supplies, storage, throughout the cooking process and until the food arrives at your table. No Kitnyot.

The program also includes activities for children under the guidance of qualified Anash instructors with entertainment characters who will perform only for our young guests.
